This garden house with more than 100 years of history was originally built on an area of 2000 sqm by Mr. Ton That Chi to worship his parents, the regent Ton That Thuyet. The house is conveniently located on the tourist route forKim Long - Phu Mong’s garden houses. It represents one of the typical French-styled villas in Hue.
The house stands amidsta richly green garden with a variety of fruit trees such as mangosteen, mango, separated to the outside world with the front masonry screen. A newly built folkhouse has recently been added for tourism purpose.
In 2016, the renovation of this house was funded by the City People's Committee with a total amount of nearly VND 500 million.
